If the item fails to reach you in good order then I will either refund or replace the item, but will need to receive photographic evidence of the break or condition in which it arrived to do so.

If the item fails to reach you completely then I can offer a refund or replacement.

I aim to post any orders within 48 hours of purchase. 

All card orders are sent by 2nd Class Post within the UK.  Worldwide orders will be sent by tracked and signed for post where appropriate.

5% of sale profits will be donated in support of the Bat Conservation Trust, Registered charity no 1012361 in England and Wales and Kent Bat Group, registered charity No 1079767 and a partner bat group to The Bat Conservation Trust (BCT).
