If the item fails to reach you in good order then I will either refund or replace the item, but will need to receive photographic evidence of the break or condition in which it arrived to do so.

If the item fails to reach you completely then I can offer a refund or replacement.

I aim to post any orders within 48 hours of purchase. I send all chinaware by tracked and signed for post in the UK and tracked post worldwide.
